If you are interested in a particular machine or a specific packaging task for a whole system, with input, dosage, packaging, output, control and bulk packing station, send us your request using the contact form on our website or directly via email (info@amtec-machines.com).

Let us know the type of machine you would like, or give a short description of the packaging task – describe the product, tell us your desired packaging technique (e.g. shrink wrap, vertical packaging, flow wrapping etc.) and give details about, for example, the shape of the pouch, the product or pouch size (LxWxH in mm) and the required packaging speed (units/minute).

On the basis of this information, you will receive an offer from us generally within a few hours to give you an initial idea, or if necessary with several alternatives and options.

We would then be happy to answer any questions you may have on the phone and to give you further advice.

Test our machines

In our showroom in Hamburg, Germany, there are normally 30-60 machines, and generally one or two devices from each machine type to be viewed, tested, and available for immediate delivery to you.

Sample packaging

If you are unable to visit us, then you are welcome to send us samples which we would put through a test packaging run and send back to you shortly.

Planning

For all large machines and systems, we are available to help you to put together the system modules and work on the general layout.

Order and delivery of a machine

We can deliver many of our machines to you straight from our warehouse near Hamburg. For individually assembled machines or systems or larger machines, we can normally offer a short delivery time of just 8-12 weeks.

Installation and training

Our trained technicians would be happy to arrange an installation and training session for you. Thanks to the low cost of flying, we are available to you quickly and cheaply around the globe.

Maintenance and provision of replacement parts

However, if there are any questions, for example due to a completely new setting or similar, our experience has shown that in 95% of all cases, the problem is due to faulty operation or incorrect adjustment.

Guarantee

All AMTEC machines have CE certification. The tests for this were carried out by TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Bayern or, for example, SGS, a world renowned testing institute.

Leasing

We offer our machines at an exceptionally good value price/performance ratio. We are unable to offer self financing ourselves for cost reasons.

Delivery of packaging film

And finally, a word on the packaging materials themselves: We can often offer you packaging film directly.
