In addition to the containers or packaging on which the labels are to be applied, the position (front, back, all round, base, lid, neck) and the number of labels are key factors in determining the suitability of the machine.
Our AMTEC LABMA 360 FULL full-label labeller can apply labels to cylindrical containers such as glass bottles, plastic bottles and plastic tins.
For ampoules, vials or test tubes, our AMTEC LABMA M300 S1 is the best choice.
With our AMTEC LABMA M40 S1 and AMTEC LABMA M83 S1, we offer two labellers for applying labels to one side.
In the case of two-sided labelling, the key factor is whether the labels are applied from a single roll (arranged alternately) or from two separate rolls. The latter offers maximum flexibility for different formats.
Our AMTEC LABMA M15 S2 labelling machine is a popular all-rounder for this demanding task thanks to its flexibility and precise alignment.
These machines are specially designed for the simultaneous or selective labelling of top and bottom surfaces. Labels are applied precisely in a continuous process using dispensers positioned at the top and bottom.
For branding or sealing caps, we offer specialised applicators that position labels precisely on the bottle neck or directly onto the cap.
For products with a low profile, it is essential that they remain perfectly flat during transport. Our systems often use special suction belt conveyors or hold-down devices to minimise vibrations.
