Fully automatic thermoforming machine: cup/container forming, filling and film sealing system. Applicable for vacuum, gas and MAP (modified atmosphere packaging) packaging of food such as sandwiches, meat, sea food, fruit, vegetable, medical and hardware items. - Main parts made of stainless steel, easy to change modular moulding tool, water cooling system for thermoforming mould and sealing module. BUSCH (Germany) vacuum pump, SMC pneumatic components, DELAT PLC and touch screen. - Specifications: upper packing materials: heat-sealable films, max. film width: 400mm; lower packing materials: thermo-formable, heat seal film (rigid and flexible film is possible), thickness: 300 - 900µm, upper film width: max. 400mm + 2mm, max. drawing depth: 80mm (thermoforming depth depends on thickness of lower film); loading area: 120cm – 150cm (optional: additional length); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 8 cycles/min; power: 3P, 380V, 50/60Hz; air: 1.2m³, 8bar.
