Can AMTEC machines be tested?
In our showroom near Hamburg, we usually have 30-60 machines and at least one or two of each type of machine available for viewing, test runs and direct delivery.
Are there individual packaging systems?
For all larger machines and systems, we are happy to assist you with the configuration of system modules and the general layout. Based on your selected system components and your detailed information on the available space, we will be happy to prepare a free plan for you, including all relevant views, top views, dimensions, etc.
Are training courses on how to use the device offered?
For all larger systems, we place great importance on ensuring that your operating personnel are thoroughly trained in the respective systems. During this training, we not only cover all relevant operating procedures, but also review potential problems, so that you will be able to keep the system running smoothly and reliably in the future. Of course, we are also happy to answer any further questions afterward.
Are spare parts available?
All AMTEC machines are primarily equipped with German, European, or Japanese electrical and pneumatic components. This ensures that all essential components are available locally. Alternatively, we keep all common spare and wear parts in stock for immediate shipment.
Are packaging films in stock?
In some cases, we can offer you packaging films directly. For films that need to be cut to your specific widths, or for those requiring very specific technical properties, we are happy to put you in touch with the relevant film manufacturers, from whom you can then purchase directly and affordably.
